Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items for Return
An item is eligible for return only if it meets all of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The product has not been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer
- The original order invoice or proof of purchase is available
3. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 93264 91832 or through our Contact page with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Reverse Pickup — via Delhivery
Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged through Delhivery at your registered delivery address. You will receive the pickup details within 24 to 48 hours of approval. Please ensure the product is securely repacked in its original packaging before handover to the courier.
5. Refund Process — via Razorpay
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received at our warehouse and quality-inspected, which typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of receipt. The refund is then processed to your original payment method through Razorpay:
- UPI and digital wallets: 1 to 2 business days
- Debit card and credit card: 5 to 7 business days
- Net banking: 3 to 5 business days
Refund timelines are subject to your bank or payment provider's processing schedule.
6. Cash on Delivery Orders
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or via direct bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when raising the return request so we can process the transfer promptly.
7. Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging and contact us via WhatsApp at +91 93264 91832. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 93264 91832 with your order number.
